CHILL Fitness for Kids is committed to reducing childhood obesity and other chronic illnesses by educating students and families on healthy eating and lifestyles; along with the prevention of at-risk behaviors, such as the use of tobacco and vaping

Programs Overview

Chill Fitness is a program for students from the grades of kindergarten through high school.

We know the importance of students being active and healthy as it will significantly reduce the chances of becoming obese or developing other obesity-related illnesses.

We provide health, wellness, and fitness programming 4 days week for youth in grades K-12. Through a series of activities, exercises, and techniques, youth will learn the benefits of staying active and encouraged to maintain a physically fit lifestyle now and in to adulthood.

CREATING CHANGE THROUGH FITNESS

The youth sports program is broken into 3 components to help kids become fit and stay healthy

Dynamic Warm Up

Teaching the kids how to properly warm up and stretch the body to perform competition or activity.

Team Building Activities

To learn how to be a good teammate, have great sportsmanship, and be able to work well with others.

Results

  • Did the individual become healthier through our program?
  • Did we meet our individual fitness goals and did we have fun doing it and feel more self-confident?
