HARASSMENT POLICY
Guiding Principles and Commitment Statement
The Minnesota Chill Foundation’s policy is that our staff, volunteers, and others acting on the organization’s behalf and those we serve receive respectful and professional treatment in the workplace – where their unique talents, skills, and perspectives are valued and embraced.
A respectful workplace is about more than compliance with the law. It is a working environment that is safe, comfortable, and free from all forms of harassment (including sexual harassment), inappropriate behavior, and conduct that can be considered coercive and disruptive. We will take all harassment complaints seriously and have a process in place to address such complaints in a responsive, diligent, fair, and objective manner.
