Cindy Hill Represents Minnesota CHILL Foundation at the 20th Anniversary Women of Power Summit

FROM THE MINNESOTA CHILL FOUNDATION TEAM

Leadership, inspiration, and purpose filled the room as more than 1,500 accomplished women gathered in Las Vegas for the 20th anniversary of the Women of Power Summit hosted by Black Enterprise. Held at the iconic Bellagio Resort & Casino, the event continues to be one of the most influential gatherings dedicated to advancing women in leadership across industries.

Among the distinguished attendees was Cindy Hill of the Minnesota CHILL Foundation, representing the organization’s ongoing commitment to empowering youth and strengthening communities through mentorship, technology, and wellness programs. The summit provided a powerful space for executive development, thought-provoking conversations, and meaningful connections with women leaders who are shaping the future of business and leadership.

During the Legacy Awards Gala, Earl Butch Graves Jr. delivered a compelling call to action, urging leaders to use their voices and influence to protect progress and create greater opportunity for future generations. His message resonated deeply with attendees, reinforcing the responsibility leaders carry to champion equity, inclusion, and advancement in every space they occupy.

The evening closed on an unforgettable note when Grammy Award-winning group Sounds of Blackness took the stage for a surprise performance. Proudly representing Minnesota, Cindy Hill celebrated the moment as she cheered on fellow Minnesotans including Jamecia Bennett and Patty Lacy along with the rest of the extraordinary ensemble. Their electrifying performance energized the room and reminded attendees of the power of culture, unity, and community.

As the summit opened with 1,500 women strong, the atmosphere was filled with ambition, collaboration, and shared purpose. Cindy Hill’s presence at the Women of Power Summit reflects the Minnesota CHILL Foundation’s dedication to leadership, empowerment, and building pathways for the next generation to succeed.
