This year’s GiveMN Campaign is dedicated to advancing the mission of the CHILL Tech Program—a transformative initiative designed to equip young people with the skills they need to thrive in the tech industry. By supporting this campaign, you’re directly contributing to a future where more youth, especially those from underrepresented communities, can access essential training in fields like IT, cybersecurity, software development, and beyond.

Through CHILL Tech, participants gain hands-on experience, building confidence and critical skills. They’re introduced to the ins and outs of tech—from troubleshooting and computer repair to customer service skills that make them job-ready. Each participant also receives a laptop, a certificate and $500 stipend setting them up with the resources they need to enter a high-demand industry.
