Grant Hargett

Grant Hargett’s professional experience has included positions in community-based program delivery, working directly with participants, as well as administrative roles, centered in compliance and data analysis. He played Division 2 basketball at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration – sports management from the University of Minnesota. Grant has 15+ years’ experience coordinating and implementing basketball and other youth sports programming in communities throughout the Twin Cities.

Through supporting, engaging and challenging youth to reach their full potential, Grant gained the passion that drives his involvement in MN Chill Foundation’s work. Grant lives in Maple Grove with his wife, Callie, sons Cruz (17), Vinny (15), Xavier (6) and daughter Violet (6). Grant credits home life with his four kids as the ‘ultimate gridiron training camp’; instilling the perseverance, determination, and coffee-chugging regimen required to fully deliver in every professional setting. In his spare time, he enjoys producing music, lake life at the cabin, fishing, and catching any sports game on TV.
