Then off to Vegas for the 20th Anniversary of Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit held at the Bellagio Hotel, I found myself surrounded by women who are not only C-suites leaders in their industries but are also carrying the responsibility of shifting narratives and opening doors for others. Representing Minnesota alongside leaders like Tonya Barber was a reminder that presence is not accidental, it is preparation meeting opportunity, and when you are aligned, you don’t have to force impact, it naturally follows.
