Valeda Huff is a retired HR/Employee Relations professional with over 40 years of experience in the corporate sector. She held leadership and executive positions at two Fortune 500 companies—Prudential Financial for 30 years, retiring as an HR Vice President, and Wells Fargo for 12 years—culminating in her role as Vice President and Senior Employee Relations Consultant. Valeda’s expertise spans HR consultation, employee relations, leadership and organizational development, diversity and inclusion, dispute resolution, and affirmative action planning. She is recognized for cultivating trusted relationships, navigating legal complexities, and effectively representing her employers in discrimination cases with state and federal agencies.
As a proud member of the Hill Family, Valeda is delighted to contribute her HR insights and skills to her family’s Minnesota CHILL Foundation as a Board member and HR Consultant, shaping various HR policies and procedures to support the organization’s community-focused mission.
