Provide college readiness programs and services to influence academic behaviors and potentially to obtain academic or athletic scholarships.

Develop or obtain a facility to deliver programming in a safe and inviting environment for youth and families.

Address the educational, health and wellness disparities that plague the Greater Twin Cities Community and primarily impacting the African-American community.

Improve the lives of individuals in our community by providing high quality academic, athletic and health and wellness programming.

Provide synergy between the academic, athletic and health and wellness programming to ensure participation by clients in complementary programs.
The groundbreaking of the new teen center marks more than progress—it marks a powerful return. What began as childhood memories spent on these very grounds is now fueling a bold mission to give back. This moment is more than symbolic—it’s the beginning of something transformative.

A 10-week training initiative that will provide two cohorts of 16- to 24-year-olds with the opportunity to work alongside IT professionals and certified technicians, learning introduction to Information Technology (IT)
Founded in 2011, the Minnesota CHILL Foundation, is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that has been one of the most successful youth programs in Minnesota.
The CHILL Foundation recognizes education as the key factor in the development of Minnesota’s youth. We strive to close education and opportunity gaps with our academic and athletic programming.
